Ewen has 30 plus years’ experience with every major concert promoter in Australia including Live Nation, TEG and AEG. His background in finance combined with operational experience brings untold expertise to every project.
He has worked on major tours including Pink, Bruno Mars, Taylor Swift, Fleetwood Mac, Paul McCartney, Rolling Stones, Michael Jackson U2 and many more. Festivals have included the V-festival and Download.
Prior to concerts, Ewen worked with the Coca-Cola Company, and Disney on event activations.
Katie leads the Market division of Winarch Live, overseeing The Finders Keepers and Olive Tree Markets teams. Her role combines creative curation with effective organisation.
Katie is dedicated to bringing ambitious and innovative creative visions to life, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget without compromising on quality.
With experience in public relations, venue management, festivals, and markets, Katie is a true generalist. She is driven by a passion for elevating the creative community, balancing strategic thinking with a creative mindset.
Her focus is on creating accessible spaces where art, culture, and people can thrive.
With over 30 years of experience in venue design, event management, and temporary structures, Andrew is a leader in venue development and operations. As General Manager of Venue Development at Winarch Live, he provides expert consultancy on venue design and strategy, working closely with teams to enhance flagship venues and support feasibility studies for councils and existing venues. His extensive background in sales, logistics, and site management has made him a trusted advisor in the industry.
Andrew has played a key role in major events, including overseeing site management for Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. His expertise in staging began at Edwin Shirley Staging, later leading to his tenure as National Manager of Staging at Clifton Productions, where he helped develop cutting-edge staging systems. Beyond his professional achievements, Andrew serves as a director and company secretary for CrewCare, advocating for the well-being of live music crew.
David is a highly experienced event operations leader with a proven track record in managing large-scale live events, venue operations, and strategic event planning. He has played a pivotal role in delivering major festivals, esports competitions, and high-profile sporting events, overseeing logistics, production, and risk management. As Operations Manager at Winarch Live, David leads operational strategy, ensuring seamless execution, safety, and efficiency across all projects.
David has held key roles at Cedar Mill Events, TEG Live, and Qudos Bank Arena, managing major projects such as Beyond The Valley and DreamHack. His expertise in stakeholder management, compliance, and large-scale event logistics allows him to drive operational excellence and innovation. With a hands-on approach and deep industry knowledge, David continues to set new benchmarks in event operations and production.
